Childcare Worker Role at Our Facility
As a childcare worker, you are present, attentive, and demonstrate engagement in children's daily lives.
You participate in play, activities, and routines that help children develop, learn new things, and interact with others. Together with your colleagues, you plan a safe and stimulating environment where each child can grow and explore at their own pace. You contribute to a positive work atmosphere and collaborate closely with both children and guardians.
Vallda Backa Preschool collaborates with Vallda Sandö Preschool, and you may participate in joint activities or provide support when needed.
Your Profile
You always prioritize the children's best interests. You show care in your work approach and how you interact with others. You enjoy collaboration and contribute to a positive team atmosphere, where you collectively create a safe and developmental environment for children. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as required in daily work. Strong emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Our Offer and Additional Information
We offer two fixed-term, full-time positions for the spring semester of 2026, with appointment according to agreement.
