Job Responsibilities As a childcare worker at Kulturförskolan Symfonin, you will be an important part of our dedicated team. You will help create a safe, creative, and educational environment where children's curiosity and forms of expression are at the center. You will actively participate in the pedagogical work by being a present and attentive educator. For this role, familiarity with national governance documents and experience in both education and care in preschool settings is required. In your work within a department, you will meet children and guardians with openness and tolerance, actively engage in children's learning processes, and participate in parent meetings, development discussions, onboarding procedures, and various meetings with colleagues. Qualifications You hold a professional qualification as a childcare worker and have at least five years of documented experience. Excellent command of the Swedish language is required. Personal Attributes You are a qualified childcare worker with at least five years of experience and have an interest in developing work further with your colleagues. You are passionate about children's development and learning as well as pedagogical learning processes, and you have a good understanding of the national governance documents related to preschool and can connect these to the content and goals of education. You maintain a professional and warm demeanor towards everyone at the preschool and prioritize establishing good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. We are looking for someone with very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
