The position is a temporary role at 80% during the leave of absence of the regular staff from January 5, 2026, to June 26, 2026. An extension may be possible. Your role is to work with the team to advance the pedagogical efforts. We hope to find someone who, like us, is committed to providing children with a safe, developing, fun, and educational time at preschool. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of a good and close collaboration with guardians and other key figures in the child’s environment. You can build trust and confidence while being clear with your professional boundaries. **Qualifications** We seek candidates who have a childcare education and experience in preschool operations. You possess excellent communication skills and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken. Experience with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy is an advantage. **Your Attributes** You are dedicated and have a big heart for children and their development. You can create safe and stimulating learning environments and recognize the unique needs of all children. As a person, you are patient, attentive, creative, and collaborate well with both colleagues and guardians. You are familiar with and understand the preschool curriculum. Together with the team, you support the pedagogical operations and work with goal-oriented processes aimed at care, development, and learning. As a childcare worker, you actively participate in the team's work of planning, documenting, and evaluating education, both on an individual and group level, while adapting and developing the education according to the children's interests. You strive to offer children a safe environment, both physically and emotionally. You build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
