Welcome to us Preschool Area 2 Enskede-Årsta-Vantör municipal preschools consists of 10 preschools, each with unique characteristics while maintaining clear and uniform governance and leadership. The Globen unit comprises Mejeriet in Årsta and Glasmålningen in Blåsut. The Deputy Principal is Therése Hultman. Support functions such as guidance from a special educator within the district are available. Our management organization consists of an area principal, four deputy principals, and an administrative manager. The main task of the management organization is to support, encourage, and challenge our employees, thereby creating the best possible conditions for you to succeed in your mission. We are now looking for you, a preschool assistant, who wants to make a difference. Your role As a preschool assistant, you are an essential part of everyday life at the preschool. Together with other colleagues, you contribute to creating a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and the entire group. You participate in the pedagogical development work and educational documentation according to the preschool's curriculum and operational goals. Our pedagogical work is based on children's participation and influence, which you will actively work with alongside us. Daily care and educational work involve participating with the children in their daily activities, which includes physical activities. You will take part in parent meetings and development discussions. In your daily interactions with guardians, you are child-focused and service-oriented. As a preschool assistant, you are a significant part of the team and take personal responsibility in fulfilling the preschool's curriculum. Part of this work involves a major initiative in digitalization at the preschool. Your qualifications and experience We are looking for someone who: - has a preschool assistant qualification - speaks and writes Swedish fluently, which is crucial for communication with children, guardians, and colleagues. It is advantageous if you have: - experience working as a preschool assistant - familiarity with documenting children's development and learning - digital competency necessary for documentation - nurse assistant training or experience/education in allergies.
