JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Childcare Worker for Ätran Preschool.

Ätran Preschool works with sustainable development through reuse and repurposed materials. It is essential for us that you, as an applicant, are curious about contributing to and developing this work. We have unstructured materials such as cardboard, tiles, textiles, stones, pine cones, egg cartons, and various packaging that can become anything in the interaction with the children.
We actively work to offer learning environments in preschool that are challenging, changing, and accessible. We work exploratively where children and adults can discover, investigate, and experience together. The intention is always to improve and refine preschool education so that it results in real effects on children's changed knowledge and progression.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker.
As a person, you are driven and open to development. You choose to see the positives in both children, colleagues, and guardians, and your attitude is that everyone does their best based on their circumstances. You are flexible and focus on finding solutions to move the organization forward.
You have good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A diploma must be attached to the application.
