The Preschool Operations are part of the Education Administration. We work towards an equitable preschool where every child's right to education is in focus, clarifying professional roles and responsibilities for preschool teachers and childcare workers. Our vision is for the preschool to support every child, regardless of their circumstances, so that all are given the opportunity to develop towards the goals. Our aim is to provide supportive learning in an inspiring and safe environment that meets the needs of individuals and society. Continuous professional development and networking occur with us. We have a comprehensive overarching professional development plan and five study days per year. The Preschool Operations have their own special educators. All our preschools provide work clothing for both indoor and outdoor use, as part of our efforts to increase attendance in the operations.
We like you – and we help you develop. Our vision is for children and adults to develop together into creative, positive individuals who choose joy in life. Therefore, we offer a broad and deep operation where we provide you with opportunities, regardless of your goals. Motala should be an attractive and innovative part of the Östergötland region where it is easy to live and work. This is also our driving force within the Education Administration.
