JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Childcare Worker at 40% for Ätran Preschool.

Ätran Preschool works with sustainable development through recycling and recycled materials. It is important to us that you who apply are curious about contributing to and developing this work. We have uncodified materials such as cardboard, tiles, textiles, stones, pine cones, egg cartons, and various packages that can become anything in the encounter with children.
We actively work to offer learning environments in the preschool that are challenging, changeable, and accessible. We work exploratively where children and adults together discover, investigate, and experience. The intention is always to improve and refine preschool teaching, so that there are real effects on children's changing knowledge and progression.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a childcare worker education.
As a person, you are driven and development-oriented. You choose to see the positive in children, colleagues, and guardians, and your approach is that everyone does their best based on their conditions. You are flexible and focus on finding solutions to drive the operation forward.
You have good communicative skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
