The Preschool Department is part of the Education Administration. We work towards an equitable preschool where every child's right to education is in focus, clarifying the professional roles and responsibilities of preschool teachers and childcare workers. Our vision is for the preschool to support every child regardless of their circumstances, ensuring that all have the opportunity to develop towards the goals. Our aim is to provide supportive learning in an inspiring and safe environment that meets the needs of individuals and society. With us, professional development and networking occur continuously. We have a comprehensive overarching professional development plan and five study days per year. The Preschool Department has its own special educators. All our preschools provide work clothing for both indoor and outdoor use, as part of our efforts to enhance attendance in the operations. We like you – and we help you to develop. Our vision is that children and adults together will develop into creative, positive individuals who choose joy in life. Therefore, we offer a broad and deep operation where we provide you with opportunities, regardless of your goals. Motala should be an attractive and innovative part of the Östergötland region where it is easy to live and work. This is also our driving force within the Education Administration.
