Welcome to Treälven Preschool in Lit! We are currently seeking a childcare worker. This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months, 50-100%. Start date to be agreed upon. Your new job As a childcare worker, you will work to promote the children's development and learning. Together with your colleagues, you will help create a safe and educational environment for the children. You will be involved in pedagogical planning and development work according to the curriculum. To support the children's development, you will lead and participate in various activities, play, and adventures both indoors and outdoors. Common tasks • Promote children's development and participate in teaching. • Lead and participate in various activities. • Responsible for collaborating and communicating with guardians. • Participate in pedagogical development work. • Participate in documenting the pedagogical work. Your qualifications Requirements • Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious • You are a trained childcare worker or have other qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer. • You have experience in pedagogical work with children. • You possess good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and can apply these in daily work. • You have a strong interest in pedagogical challenges and are willing to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development. • Previous professional experience is an advantage.
