Your mission
In this role, you will collaborate with other childcare workers and a preschool teacher who leads the educational work. Together, you will design a curriculum that is enjoyable, educational, and fun for each child. Over time, you will work with children of all ages as we rotate between departments based on the needs of the organization. You will actively participate in and drive the pedagogical development work and documentation according to the preschool curriculum. You will be involved in planning and evaluating the work. You will have daily contact with guardians and participate in parent meetings and development discussions.
You contribute to creating a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for every child in the preschool. Every child should receive what they are entitled to - an education that is equitable and of good quality in a safe environment.
Your experience
For this position, you are required to have:
- A secondary or post-secondary education as a childcare worker
- Experience working as a childcare worker in preschool
- Knowledge of the curriculum's content and an understanding of how it can be implemented in practice
- A good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Good digital competence
- Experience working with children of all ages
- Experience and knowledge regarding children with neuropsychiatric diagnoses
- Experience working with norm-critical methods
- Knowledge of child development
- Experience in actively driving the preschool's development and quality work forward
