JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking engaged and responsible childcare workers who want to help create a safe, stimulating, and developing environment for children at our preschools in Burlöv municipality. As a childcare worker, you will work together with preschool teachers and other staff to support children's learning, play, social development, and well-being. You will actively participate in daily activities, plan and implement activities, and help create routines and structure in children's daily lives. Play is central to our education, and in a potential interview, this is an important part that we want you to be able to discuss and reflect on. You are an important adult for the children and contribute to them feeling seen, heard, and secure. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues, guardians, and sometimes other professional groups to ensure that each child receives the support and care they need. Interviews will take place on November 24 and December 1. For us, it is important that you are flexible, initiative-taking, and able to adapt to different situations and children's individual needs. The work also involves helping with practical tasks such as meals, dressing, and outdoor activities. You will participate in planning and evaluating operations and contribute your ideas and experiences to develop work methods and pedagogy. As a childcare worker in Burlöv municipality, it is important that you have good interpersonal skills, are attentive, and have a positive attitude towards children's differences and development. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team, and be a good role model for the children. QUALIFICATIONS You should be a trained childcare worker. It is meritorious if you have complemented with additional training in, for example, language development methods or health and movement.
