We are looking for a communicative, caring, and driven preschool assistant for our preschool Skeppet in Nacka Strand, just a stone's throw from both Nacka Forum, Nyckelviken, and public transport including bus and SL boat. The position is available immediately as a temporary/needs-based employment, with the possibility of a fixed-term contract starting from January 7th and lasting at least until summer, but likely longer. Primarily part-time work of 75-80%, but full-time may also be an option.
In our preschool, you will play an important role and have the responsibility to develop and refine our preschool in everything from daily routines and structure to pedagogy, views on children, and values-based work. Here, the children are at the center, and we focus on the best interests and well-being of the child. You need to be structured and organized, have an eye for the learning environment, and a desire to work together to make the preschool the best in the area.
You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, be able to work between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM (with varying hours Monday to Friday), and be very fond of children, positive, solution-focused, and enjoy teamwork in the preschool setting.
