We are looking for a communicative, caring, and driven preschool assistant for our preschool Haga in Hagastaden, located between Karolinska University Hospital and Odenplan, starting January 7th.
In our preschool, you will play an important role and have the responsibility to develop and refine our preschool in everything from daily routines and structure to pedagogy, views on children, and values-based work. With us, the children are at the center, and we focus on the child's best interests and well-being. You need to be structured, communicative, and orderly, have an eye for the learning environment, and a desire to collaboratively advance the preschool to be the best in the area.
The position starts on January 7th with a fixed-term employment until the summer, and it is a part-time role of approximately 75%. There may be an opportunity for an increased working hours in the spring.
You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, be able to work between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM (varying hours Monday to Friday), and be very fond of children, positive, solution-focused, and enjoy teamwork in the preschool setting.
