Your Workplace
Tallgården Preschool consists of two tracks, with each track comprising three departments for younger, middle, and older children. The educators work closely together to provide children the opportunity to get to know both children and educators from the departments they will eventually transition to.
The preschool was built in 2015 and is beautifully located near Mölnlycke center. Getting to Gothenburg is easy with a direct bus - just 10 minutes from Korsvägen! The preschool is situated in a multicultural area where multilingual contexts and environments permeate the activities. We continuously work to further develop our language-stimulating approach and learning environments that offer children the opportunity to discover, explore, and create their own contexts. We believe in children's inherent power and desire to communicate. Together with Ljungna Preschool, we acquire knowledge and develop our operations in our pedagogical groups and workplace meetings.
Your Assignment
At Tallgården Preschool, we work with language-developing approaches that characterize everything we do. We work with common strategies in our systematic quality work and with progression ladders to provide our children with the best conditions! We work together to give children a meaningful, safe, fun, and educational day - every day. We have a culture where cooperation, collaboration, and positive reinforcement are our cornerstones.
Requirements for the Position
· You should have a childcare worker education
· You should have several years of experience working in preschool
· You are mission-aware and work according to our governing documents
· You have an approach that reflects our education and our core values
· You should be able to express yourself well verbally and in writing
To obtain employment, an extract from the Police's criminal record register must be presented.
