About the Role
At Lövhagen, we need to expand our teaching team with two additional preschool assistants for the spring term. One position extends until summer, and the other until the end of March, with a possibility of extension.

It is important for us that you, who wish to work as a preschool assistant at Pysslingen Preschools, feel curiosity about your role. A day at preschool is filled with meaningful interactions between children and educators, and each encounter is part of the child's safety, development, and learning. We want to harness this to make preschool a safe, educational, and joyful experience for everyone.
As a preschool assistant with us, we want you to recognize how different children learn in various ways and have the ability to facilitate their learning in everyday situations as well as through play and imagination, challenging them where they are.
You should have a commitment to your role with a clear and active focus on the children. You also need to have a good ability to build relationships with both children and guardians.
To apply, you need to:
• Have a preschool assistant degree from upper secondary school or adult education, or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer
• Alternatively, have documented experience working in preschool
• Be familiar with and comfortable with preschool governing documents
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language

Employment Type
Both positions are fixed-term contracts for the spring term of 2026:
- One position runs from January 7 to March 31, with a possibility of extension
- The other runs from February 1 to June 26
Scope: 75 - 100%
Start Dates: January 7 and February 1
The position is located in Stenhamra, Ekerö
