The Preschool Department is part of the Education Administration. We work towards an equitable preschool where every child's right to education is the focus. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a substitute, you are expected to be able to start working at short notice during the preschool's opening hours, which are from 06:00 to 18:00. We are looking for someone who wants to help develop the preschool's operations based on Lpfö-18, the preschool curriculum. You are inspired by children's curiosity and creativity and recognize the importance of both the group and the environment for learning. You have a strong ability to build relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You communicate clearly while being attentive and have a warm and welcoming demeanor. In consultation with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your working methods according to the needs of the operations and the best interests of the children.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a high school education in childcare or another qualification that the employer considers equivalent for the role. A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is a plus, as some of our preschools are located outside the Motala urban area. You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
As a person, you are self-assured, stand up for your opinions, and have the courage to speak out when necessary. You have the ability to distinguish between issues and individuals and can feel secure even in uncertain situations. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and the different circumstances of individuals. You adapt your way of conveying your message to the recipient.
