We have a high proportion of preschool teachers and we aim to ensure high quality in all aspects of our operations.
We are currently seeking childcare workers for our preschool.
**Job Responsibilities**
You will actively participate in and drive the pedagogical development work based on current governing documents alongside experienced and inspiring colleagues who can and want to provide the best education for our children. You will take part in planning and evaluating the work. We expect you to share your expertise, professionalism, and contribute to a joyful work environment.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker with documented work experience.
You should have a curious and reflective approach and the ability to meet each child based on their individual circumstances. You possess good collaboration skills, are solution-focused, and prioritize the children's needs and developmental opportunities.
Start date: as soon as possible
