Bumerangen Preschool is centrally located in Varberg but has nature just around the corner. The Brunnsberg forest area spreads out right outside our fence, and our large yard is framed by tall pines that provide pleasant shade on sunny days. The yard is divided into four zones, which gives us fantastic opportunities to conduct outdoor teaching in small groups. The preschool consists of six departments - three for younger children and three for older children. We have a shared dining hall where all children eat, creating a sense of community and belonging. All departments have access to three inspiring ateliers, and on the second floor is our common area, "Upper Square", where teaching focuses on technical skills and role-play. Then you might be our next colleague. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an engaged childcare worker for Bumerangen Preschool. Do you want to help create a safe, educational, and inspiring daily life for children? As a childcare worker with us, you will work in one of our younger children's departments. We are looking for a present educator with genuine commitment to children's development. Children's interests are a natural starting point in your daily work, and you actively contribute to creating stimulating learning environments. Together with preschool teachers and colleagues, you help develop teaching to make it visible and meaningful for children. With us, cooperation and flexibility are an obvious part of everyday life - we help each other where needed and support each other in our shared mission. We work based on Lpfö 18 and the Education Act, but we also know that joy, security, and job satisfaction are crucial in creating a good preschool environment. Bumerangen is a multicultural preschool, and we welcome experience with language and knowledge-developing approaches. If you have multilingual skills, that is considered meritorious. QUALIFICATIONS High school education, Child and Recreation Program or equivalent.
