JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Boken Preschool is centrally located in Falkenberg, with bright, fresh ground-floor facilities in a building that also houses elderly care, a large kitchen, and a dining hall for Schubergstorp School students. The preschool has a reception kitchen. The preschool has 4 departments with children divided into 5 teaching groups. To succeed, we focus our education and teaching on priority areas: Accessible Teaching, Formative Teaching, Collaborative Teaching, and Positive Learning Identity. Development, learning, joy, and community are crucial in our daily interactions with children. The preschool works through investigative and project-based approaches, based on the curriculum and with children's participation and influence. Pedagogical documentation is one of our tools in systematic quality work. We seek someone with the will, commitment, and responsibility to plan, implement, document, and develop pedagogical work in collaboration with the team and who is experienced in using various digital tools. You see each child's unique ability, focusing on the child's and group's development and learning. In development work, you recognize the importance of children's learning environments both indoors and outdoors, and the use of various creative expressions. QUALIFICATIONS We seek candidates with a childcare education. Previous experience in preschool is advantageous. In your profession, you enjoy driving projects and investigative work with children and colleagues, seeing collaboration as an opportunity for learning and development. You have strong digital competence and excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
