In Lidköping, there is the Green Lighthouse, a 24/7 open operation. It caters to children whose parents work evenings, nights, or weekends. The facility offers care for children from one year old up to and including sixth grade. The Green Lighthouse is located in the same building as Ängsholmens Preschool. Children aged 1-5 can have their preschool placement at the Green Lighthouse during the day if needed. Children attending after-school programs are offered taxi transport between after-school centers/schools and the Green Lighthouse as needed. Job Description We are seeking an employee willing to work non-standard hours. This means day, evening, and some weekends. Together with your colleagues, you will be involved in planning, implementing, documenting, and developing pedagogical work. You understand the importance of involving all team members and working as a team. To develop children's learning, you will reflect with your colleagues on your and the team's pedagogical approach. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker, youth recreation leader, or has other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have previous experience working in preschool settings. You should be engaged, attentive, flexible, and cooperative, with an interest in children's play and learning. You have the ability to create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. We place great importance on personal suitability. Terms Temporary 75-100% position during the spring semester, starting by agreement.
