WORK TASKS
I Ur och Skur is a preschool with two departments located in Slätten. The operation is affiliated with Friluftsfrämjandet, and the work is characterized by the fundamental idea that children's need for knowledge, movement, and community is satisfied through time spent in nature.
Our operation is built on children's creativity and curiosity to learn. Our staff are active co-discoverers together with the children.
The position is a 50% temporary contract until 2026-06-30.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a childcare education, and previous experience working in preschool is meritorious.
It is desirable to have training in I Ur och Skur.
As a person, you should have an interest in outdoor life, nature, and the environment, and enjoy working in nature with outdoor pedagogy and experience-based learning.
You are initiative-taking and development-oriented, enjoying finding solutions that drive the preschool forward.
You see the positive in children, colleagues, and guardians, and your approach is that everyone does their best based on their circumstances. As a person, you enjoy driving projects and collaborating with others, seeing cooperation as an opportunity for learning and development.
You have good digital competence and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

A degree certificate must be attached to the application.
