The Position and Responsibilities Preschool Granen is located in Norsborg and consists of a total of 3 departments, with the language preschool Blåvingen housed in the same building. As a preschool assistant, you play an important role in the daily education of the preschool. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and for the entire group. We want you to have an approach where learning and knowledge development are the focus. You will participate in the pedagogical development work and the pedagogical documentation according to the preschool curriculum and operational goals. Our educational work is based on children's participation and influence, which you will actively work with. The daily care and educational work involve participating with the children in their daily activities and routines. As a preschool assistant, you are a significant part of the team and take personal responsibility in being well-acquainted with the curriculum and confident in your professional role. You should have the child's best interests at heart and a strong belief that all children can succeed. The children should feel trust in their own abilities, that they can, dare, and want to. You collaborate daily with guardians, where you are child-focused and service-oriented. You should be confident and solution-oriented. A strong focus on children is important. Requirements: - Secondary education in the Child and Leisure Program - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish - Experience working in preschool, at least 5 years. - Experience in planning, documentation, and evaluation of children's learning, as well as conducting teaching together with preschool teachers based on the preschool's mission. - Approved work sample, which will be conducted and is required for employment in preschool.
