About this role
Närhälsan Offers High-Quality Proximity Primary Care
About Us
Welcome to Närhälsan Sollebrunn Healthcare Center! We have approximately 4,300 listed patients and actively work to improve and develop our clinic operations.
We are around 20 employees who all place great importance on having a pleasant workplace, good work environment, and working together to make a difference for our residents. Good bus connections exist to both Alingsås and Trollhättan, located approximately 30 kilometers from Sollebrunn.
As a Närhälsan employee, you will be offered various development opportunities, such as internal training and mentorship programs. We actively work on development initiatives to continuously improve our workflows and best meet our patients' needs.
About the Position
Your tasks at the Child Healthcare Center (BVC) are diverse, following children with guardians from newborn until school healthcare takes over. You have a central role in meeting family needs, making medical and care-related assessments and priorities. You work in health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacities via telephone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
You will work with health checks, vaccinations, and parent groups. The patient group consists of children 0-6 years old and their families. Collaboration occurs in interprofessional teams at the healthcare center and with external care providers such as preschool, school, family center, and specialized healthcare. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so student supervision is included in your role.
About You
You are a registered nurse with specialist education in pediatric or district nursing. Experience working with children and youth and/or a 7.5 credit supervision qualification is meritorious, but we also welcome new graduates.
We seek someone who takes initiative, is confident in making independent decisions, is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize tasks.
As you'll interact with many patients, it's important that you are approachable, attentive, and eager to help others. We believe you enjoy teamwork and naturally collaborate with colleagues and contacts. You communicate well verbally and in writing, and are an engaged, good listener during both digital meetings and clinic visits. We appreciate an interest in digitalization and organizational development.
A professional approach and excellent interpersonal skills towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given. You should embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
