Pediatric Nurse/District Nurse for Spånga Tensta BVC

Are you a nurse with specialized training in pediatrics or district care who wants to work within child health care at a clinic and make a difference? We offer both standard BVC work and an extended home visit program, so you could be the one we are seeking.
About the clinic:
At Spånga Tensta BVC, four specialized nurses with extensive experience in BVC work. We are a family center that has the privilege of sharing a building with midwives, parent advisors, and an open preschool, with whom we collaborate in our daily work. This collaboration enriches the BVC work further and is highly valued by us.
We at BVC are here for all families and meet families from diverse backgrounds and cultures, which provides a wide variety in our work. We work from a holistic perspective on individuals and strive for secure, healthy children and confident adults. We aim to provide our families with high accessibility, participation, and continuity.
We offer an extended home visit program to all families included in the area, which means that these families are offered six home visits during the child's first 17 months, conducted together with a parent advisor from the City of Stockholm.
Spånga Tensta BVC is also part of BHV Stockholm Norra, which includes 15 BVC clinics. This allows for knowledge exchange between the clinics, and together we continuously work on improvement and development initiatives based on our clinics. You will work daytime hours, with no holidays or weekends. We have flexible hours and individual schedules that you can significantly influence based on the needs of the operation. About the position:
As a BVC nurse with us, you will be offered an exciting job where you have great opportunities for development. You will work independently and have your own responsibility over your work area while also having colleagues and supportive management around you. Training is offered continuously during your employment.
We work based on the health mission of child health care, which includes home visits, health checks of children at key ages, vaccinations, and parent group activities, all tailored to the needs of children and families. We use the journal system Take Care.
Qualifications:
You must be a nurse with specialized training in pediatrics or district care.
Previous experience in child health care is an advantage.
Employment type:
Permanent position. Full-time. Part-time can be discussed. Working hours Monday to Friday. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for someone interested in preventive and health-promoting work. The BVC work is largely individual but also very much a team effort. The ability to recognize the needs of the clinic is a valued positive trait.

- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language at a level corresponding to C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
