Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm About Us Kullbergska Hospital is a small hospital that provides a sense of community where individuals with diverse competencies work together in open dialogue. Outpatient care is organized under one of the region's gynecological clinics. Midwifery clinics are located throughout Södermanland at hospitals, healthcare centers, and family centers. The same facilities also house the maternity ward, Gyn/Sesam clinic, and ultrasound services. This creates an unbeatable cohesion, community, and development opportunities for you. We are currently seeking a midwife for our midwifery clinic at Kullbergska Hospital. Opportunities exist to rotate to family centers in Flen, Vingåker, and Nävertorp. Your Responsibilities Here, you will work independently in a varied and stimulating environment, closely collaborating with midwife colleagues, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and doctors. Your role as a midwife includes telephone consultations, cervical screening, parent groups, routine midwife visits during pregnancy, and contraceptive counseling. Rotation to family centers may occur. Your Competence You are a licensed midwife with prescribing rights. Previous experience in delivery care and/or prenatal care is considered meritorious for this position. As a person, you are accustomed to working independently, have excellent communication skills, and are clear in your interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You are confident in your professional role, able to structure your workday, and collaboration comes naturally to you and is a prerequisite for your job satisfaction.
