We started our operations just over six years ago in new facilities and are continuously expanding. A year ago, we expanded with a new floor that also includes an operating department. You will be part of a team with extensive knowledge and strong commitment to both patients and the organization. The work is team-based, and we utilize the latest technology, equipment, and knowledge. We encourage all employees to contribute ideas for the development of the business. An interesting and meaningful job with varied tasks, significant responsibilities, and potential for development is now available. Could this be the job for you? **Job Responsibilities** As a nurse or midwife with us, you will have a varied and exciting role in the clinic with activities in gynecology, assisted reproduction, and surgery. The work includes clinical tasks such as patient booking, sample collection, individual consultations, telephone advice, record keeping, and tasks during operative procedures, such as egg retrieval and inseminations, as well as monitoring in the recovery department. If you have specialized training as an operating or anesthesia nurse, you will also work in the operating room. You will collaborate with gynecologists, nursing assistants/receptionists, midwives, embryologists, psychologists, operating room nurses, and anesthesiologists. You will meet patients seeking fertility assessments and treatments (IVF, insemination, and donation treatments) as well as general gynecology and benign gynecological surgery. You will also have the opportunity to participate in development projects and research. Your workday will mainly encompass clinical tasks in combination with administrative duties, which can be expanded as your clinical development and future responsibilities grow. The latter will be distributed among the clinic's staff, depending on interest, knowledge, and experience. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for you who are a licensed Midwife or licensed Nurse, preferably with specialized training as an operating or anesthesia nurse, and with a strong interest in gynecology and reproductive medicine along with a few years of experience. Previous experience in gynecological care, surgical procedures, and/or assisted reproduction/IVF is a significant advantage, but not a requirement. Personal suitability is of great importance. You need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, and preferably English, both verbally and in writing. You should be meticulous and quality-conscious, service-oriented, engaged, have good computer skills, and maintain a positive attitude. In your work, you strive to achieve the best possible patient interactions, accessibility, patient safety, and quality of care. Being independent in your work while feeling secure in your role and appreciating teamwork with various professionals is beneficial. Having drive and a desire to develop is also important, as well as being responsible and enjoying participating in the development of the organization. **Employment Details** Start Date: As agreed.
