About this role
Join the Team at Martina Private Children's Hospital!
Are you looking to work in a workplace where children and young people's health is always the top priority – and where you, as a pediatrician, can develop in a dynamic and academic environment? Then Martina Private Children's Hospital might be the right place for you.
About Martina Private
Martina Children's Hospital is the largest private healthcare provider for pediatric outpatient care in Stockholm, with over 250 employees across multiple city locations. Our largest unit is located at Sophiahemmet.
Our core business is pediatric and adolescent medicine (BUMM) through regional contracts, including neuropsychiatry. An important and growing part of our operations is Martina Private – where we offer children and families quick and qualified care through insurance companies, walk-in clinics, and private payment. Here, patients receive short wait times, high accessibility, and care from experienced specialists.
Martina Private is characterized by variation, flexibility, and close collaboration between different specialist areas. Here you'll work side by side with general pediatricians, subspecialists, and pediatric nurses specializing in areas like ADHD, asthma and allergy, gastroenterology, obesity, and urotherapy. It's an environment where you can combine broad pediatric expertise with the opportunity to contribute to the development of a modern healthcare approach that demands high standards of both service and medical quality.
About the Position
We are seeking a specialist physician in pediatric and adolescent medicine.
You will primarily work within Martina Private but also be able to contribute to other activities at Sophiahemmet as needed. The role involves working broadly across the pediatric spectrum, assessing, investigating, and treating children of various ages. You'll work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in cross-professional teams.
We Offer You
• A dynamic work environment with high medical expertise
• Regular internal training and a stimulating academic climate
• Opportunity to contribute both clinically and in organizational development
• Collective agreement, occupational pension, and wellness allowance
• A flexible employer that values work-life balance
• A culture defined by our core values: competence, commitment, teamwork, and accessibility
About You
We seek someone who shares our values and wants to help develop the future of pediatric healthcare. You are engaged, solution-oriented, and thrive in a high-paced environment with significant responsibility. You appreciate teamwork, want to contribute your expertise, and have a desire to always be available for both patients and colleagues.
If you are interested in working with us, either as an employee or consultant, we warmly welcome you to submit your expression of interest, which takes just a few seconds. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
We look forward to hearing from you!
