About this role
Join the Team at Martina Pediatric Care Center Järva!
At Martina Children's Hospital, you'll work in an environment characterized by expertise, commitment, teamwork, and accessibility – always with children and young people's health in focus.
About Martina Children's Hospital
Martina Children's Hospital is the largest healthcare provider for pediatric outpatient care in Stockholm, with over 250 employees across multiple clinics in the city. Our largest unit is located at Sophiahemmet.
Our primary focus is pediatric and adolescent medicine (BUMM) on behalf of Region Stockholm, including neuropsychiatric assessments. We also operate three child health centers and speech therapy and orthopedic services for children.
About the Järva Unit
We are now seeking a dedicated pediatrician for our team at Martina BUMM in Järva!
We are a smaller pediatric clinic where you'll join an unpretentious and close-knit team. Our team includes pediatricians, pediatric nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and a psychologist who collaborate to provide the best possible patient care. Our premises also include orthopedic services for children and adults.
We have extensive experience in training resident physicians and prioritize an academic environment where knowledge sharing, skills development, and mentorship are a natural part of daily life. Here, you'll work in a secure and developmental environment with a strong sense of community and job satisfaction.
As an employer, we place great importance on flexibility and strive to tailor employment arrangements that work for both the employee's private life and the organization's needs. We are easily accessible by metro, bus, or car via the highway. We have physician colleagues who commute daily from cities like Uppsala and Västerås – which works very well.
Your Role
We are seeking a specialist physician in pediatric and adolescent medicine. As a pediatrician with us, you'll work broadly within the pediatric field – from investigation and treatment to follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in cross-professional teams, as well as independent responsibility for your patients.
We Offer
• A dynamic work environment with high expertise and job satisfaction
• An academic climate with internal training and supervision
• Collective agreement, occupational pension, and wellness allowance
• Flexible solutions for work-life balance
• A culture where our core values – expertise, commitment, teamwork, and accessibility – are always at the center
About You
We seek someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and values collaboration. You combine high professional competence with a warm approach and appreciate contributing to a culture where patient safety and job satisfaction are equally important.
Application
If you are interested in working with us, either as an employee or consultant, we warmly welcome you to submit your expression of interest, which takes just a few seconds. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
We look forward to hearing from you!
