The role of a child caseworker places high demands on your ability to establish good relationships with the children and families you encounter. This often involves long-term relationships with the child, their parents, and other networks. Success in this role also requires effective collaboration with other parties, both internally and externally, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and situations.
