Sjöbris is now looking for a driven and dedicated bar manager who wants to take our bar team to the next level. Start immediately or as agreed. ABOUT THE JOB As the bar manager at Sjöbris, you play a key role in the operation. You are responsible for ensuring that the bar maintains the highest quality – in terms of service, drinks, and workflow. The work is varied and fast-paced, with late nights, high tempo, and a fantastic team spirit. In the summer, this is where the action is, with a lively pace and enjoyable menus. In the autumn, winter, and spring, we transition to a slightly calmer pace and become more of a neighborhood pub. You will work closely with the restaurant manager, exchanging thoughts and ideas. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Lead and develop the team together with the restaurant manager – motivate, support, and ensure that everyone works cohesively. • Ensure quality in service and drinks – keep the bar updated with new, exciting cocktails and maintain a high standard. • Manage purchases and inventory for the bar – ensure that the right products are available. • Financial monitoring – analyze the bar’s performance and optimize sales. • Maintain order and cleanliness – ensure that the bar is well-organized, clean, and adheres to company procedures and policies.
