Bar Chef – Clarion Hotel Sundsvall
We at Clarion Hotel Sundsvall are now seeking an engaged and experienced Bar Chef for our restaurant and rooftop bar NÒR. We want to provide our guests with memorable experiences – from the first impression to the last sip – and are looking for someone who shares our passion for service and quality.
About the Position
As Bar Chef, you will be a shift leader responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in the bar. You will work closely with your team to deliver high-quality service and develop our beverage offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Serve food and drinks to guests
• Ensure quality of service and products
• Participate in the development of drink and wine lists
• Train and support staff
• Place orders and maintain bar organization
• Assist the head waiter as needed
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a leadership role
• Is service-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative
• Has the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends
