About this role
Do you have service in your blood and want to be part of creating fantastic events like banquet service? Then this course is for you.
About the Course: A free practical basic course in banquet service focusing on larger dinner events where a pre-ordered 3-course menu and pre-ordered drinks are typically served.
During the course, we will cover:
- Special diets - Table settings - Drink service - Carrying technique (3 plates) and serving technique - Plate clearing and tray clearing - Alcohol laws
The course is scheduled on weekdays starting at 4:00 PM and lasts approximately 3 hours, including a short break. This is a basic course that can lead to employment for various assignments after completion. Our positions are aimed at students or those with another primary occupation. (Supplementary course may be added)
Who are you?
You have a strong service personality and are easy to instruct. We prefer candidates with previous experience in similar work or the service industry. You are good at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy working in a team. You are punctual, meticulous, and flexible, able to work at a high pace when needed. You radiate energy and contribute to a positive work environment.
