Lantmännen Unibake is one of Europe's leading bakery groups, producing bread for grocery retail, service trade, and food service. In Sweden, we operate three production facilities located in Örebro, Mantorp, and Huddinge. We are currently seeking Bakery Operators for our Mantorp bakery to join our pool of extra staff. You will work when needs arise, and it is perfectly fine to study alongside this job. Our operation runs in 3-shift cycles, which means you need to ensure you can commute to and from work both early morning and late evening.
In our bakery, we manufacture sweet products such as Danish pastries, mazarins, and pecan braids. We are proud of our automated processes, and as a bakery operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the products we deliver to our customers and ultimately consumers are of the highest quality. We are a flexible organization where you will switch between different tasks in our bakery. This includes manual work, machine monitoring, quality checks, and packaging.

For us, it is important that you contribute to maintaining high hygiene standards and follow established routines. You are also encouraged to propose ideas on how we can together improve the work environment, safety, and work methods in our daily operations.
You have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in food/bakery
- IT and system proficiency (alarms, controls, safety) and mechanical knowledge
- Good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing
- Ability and preferably experience working in shifts
It is highly meritorious if you also have:
- Education in food technology or trained as a machine/process operator
- Experience handling multiple processes simultaneously, manufacturing and safety, with an ability to see the overall context
- Forklift license A

Salary
Salary and shift allowance will be paid according to central and local agreements with LIVS.
