About this role
We are seeking a baker with documented experience working in a bakery. You need to be structured and have a good sense of planning to ensure bread and pastry products are ready well in advance of each new day at the bakery. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 PM-4:00 AM.
Extended working hours may occur in connection with large orders. Salary by agreement.
Who are you?
• You have a baker's qualification or equivalent documented experience
• You have experience working with sourdough, regular dough, cakes, and pastry products
• You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and have good collaboration skills
• You have several years of experience working in a bakery
• You have excellent Swedish language skills
• You are flexible and can contribute ideas regarding the bakery's product range
