EKERÖ SWIMMING POOL opened its doors in June 2023 and is a modern facility focused on citizens' health, offering space for exercise, recreation, play, and training. Ekerö Swimming Pool is part of the Sports Facilities and Leisure unit, where we work to create conditions for all Ekerö residents to be physically active. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school education or equivalent experience
• Be able to swim (considered swimming proficient if you can: fall into water, submerge, resurface, and swim 200 meters in deep water, including 50 meters on your back)
• Be able to dive to 3.6 meters (dive from the surface and retrieve an object at 3.6 meters depth)
• Communicate well verbally and in writing in Swedish
We especially appreciate candidates with:
• Experience working in swimming pools
• Lifeguard certification, pool lifeguard training, or equivalent
• Swimming instructor qualification
• Group fitness instructor certification
• CPR and first aid training for children and adults
We will request a police record check during the recruitment process.
