Höörs Bad och Sportcentrum is the facility for those who enjoy swimming, wellness, and sports activities. In our facility, we conduct swimming lessons, school swimming programs, and water training.
The swimming hall features a 25-meter pool with five lanes, a smaller pool for activities such as water aerobics, a hot tub, a children's pool, a steam sauna, and a water slide.
Our intention is to ensure a pleasant, clean, and safe environment for visitors to our facility. In our operations, we focus on clean swimming, safety, and friendly service.
Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 residents, and a steady population growth. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer in the area. Many of our staff commute here.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for supervising the swimming area, handling cash register duties, and cleaning. Tasks related to water training and swimming instruction are also included. We offer a varied and independent role that requires you to take significant personal responsibility.
Important qualities include being service-minded, flexible, self-driven, and having a good ability to collaborate.
We operate every day of the week, including days, evenings, and weekends. Scheduled staff work every other weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good swimming skills are a requirement. You will undergo a lifeguard test at our facility.
Mandatory requirements:
- Certified swimming instructor within SLS
- Trained in some form of water training
- Experience working in a swimming pool

The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and that it is not needed for internal use.
