JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to become part of our team at Herrljunga Swimming Pool? We're looking for someone who wants to help create a safe, pleasant, and inspiring environment for our pool guests. As a pool host with us, you'll work together with colleagues to provide the best possible service to both visitors and staff. Your main tasks will be to: • Conduct swimming lessons for children and youth in a pedagogical and engaging manner. • Monitor pools to maintain safety. • Provide excellent service at the reception and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. • The role also includes facility cleaning, where you and your colleagues ensure the facility remains clean and fresh, giving our guests a positive experience with each visit. QUALIFICATIONS We're seeking someone with experience working in a swimming pool or other service-oriented environment. You must be a competent swimmer and pass our lifesaving and CPR tests. Having qualifications as a swim instructor and experience leading group activities, such as water training or swimming lessons, is considered meritorious. As a pool host with us, you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys interacting with both children and adults. You take responsibility, are attentive, and contribute to making our guests feel welcome and safe. The work can sometimes be eventful and requires the ability to plan, prioritize, and collaborate smoothly with colleagues. You need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
