**Job Description**
As a member of the swimming facility staff, you are an essential part of our team and responsible for creating a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for our visitors. Your main responsibilities include:
- **Lifeguarding and Safety**
Monitor pools and swimming areas to prevent accidents and intervene when necessary. Ensure compliance with applicable rules and safety regulations.
- **Service and Customer Interaction**
Provide our guests with a professional and friendly reception, answer questions, and contribute to a positive experience.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**
Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the swimming facility and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
- **First Aid and Lifesaving**
Be prepared to act in emergency situations and be capable of performing CPR and lifesaving when needed.
- **Activities and Swimming Lessons**
Participate in or lead activities, swimming lessons, and other events that promote movement and water familiarity.
**Qualifications**
- **Swimming Instructor Certification**
You must have a swimming instructor certification.
- **Pool Lifeguard Certification**
Lifeguard training certification is required.
- **Water Fitness Instructor Certification**
Certification in water fitness instruction is necessary.
