About the Company
Silver Weibull is a mechanical workshop located in Hässleholm, Skåne, specializing in mechanical manufacturing, including welding in both carbon and stainless steel, as well as machining through vertical turning, turning, drilling, milling, and assembly. Through our local partners, we can also offer both heat and surface treatment services. We are certified in quality management ISO 9001:2015, environmental management ISO 14001:2015, and welding ISO 3834-2:2005. Our welders are approved according to EN ISO 9606-1. We are also certified in EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 and 15085-2. Our facilities are centrally located in the Läreda industrial area of Hässleholm.
We are now seeking a bed milling operator with programming skills for our workshop in Hässleholm!
In this recruitment, we collaborate with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
Your tasks will include setting up, operating, and programming CNC-controlled bed milling machines. The details to be machined consist of large welded constructions, both carbon and stainless steel. This includes single pieces as well as series of about ten items, and the programming language used is Heidenhain.
Your Background/Attributes
We are looking for someone with experience in programming and operating CNC-controlled machines. Ideally, you have previously worked with larger objects where machining times may extend over many hours. You should enjoy taking responsibility and embrace the challenge of transforming raw materials into finished products effectively. Since product series are often short and operators manage the entire manufacturing process, it is important that you are proficient in reading technical drawings and can organize your own work. It is highly advantageous if you are knowledgeable in any programming language!

This position is full-time, with initial working hours during the day, transitioning to a two-shift schedule later. The start date will be as soon as possible upon agreement. A probationary period will apply.
