Wellness and Recreation Host (75% Position)

We are currently seeking a pool and wellness host who loves taking care of our members, visitors, and our facility. We have a diverse operation with a swimming pool, gym, and group training both on land and in water. As a pool and wellness host at Medley, you'll have a highly varied job. No two days are the same - work in reception and café, perform pool supervision, be a swimming instructor, lifeguard, ensure cleanliness and tidiness, and engage with our guests in the best possible way across all roles. We are looking for someone who loves providing pleasant service and top-quality customer care. Putting the guest at the center comes naturally to you. As a pool and wellness host, you have a welcoming manner, an eye for order, and an ability to create a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. We are seeking someone who: Cares about members' health and works with colleagues to provide the support and inspiration they need to succeed in their training. Before an employment contract can be signed, a swimming and lifesaving test will be performed on-site at the facility.
