Today, we have around 20 customers, including the majority of the largest ski resorts in the Nordic region. We have a complete system and continuously work to meet the digital needs of resorts to enhance both business and guest experience. Are You Our New Backend Developer?
We are seeking a driven and solution-oriented backend developer who enjoys both further developing and maintaining established systems and appreciates building new ones. The development team consists of nine competent colleagues divided into two Scrum teams: business system and online. Online focuses on new development and integrations with emphasis on our booking engine, while Business System manages and improves the r360 Business System. We are now looking for a new colleague to join the business system team.
A central part of our development strategy is to modernize the product catalog and create a more user-friendly, modern interface. Much of the functionality currently in the business system will be transferred to this new platform. We are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, curious, and wants to develop in their role, in pace with changing technology stack and responsibilities as we grow.
Your Profile
We believe you have:
• Several years of professional experience as a backend developer
• Good understanding of databases (SQL), data modeling, and API design
• Experience with business and booking systems
• Experience with version control
• Experience building scalable backend solutions
• Competence in Delphi, or motivation to learn

• Self-driven and comfortable with responsibility
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Social, helpful, and communicative
• Committed to understanding the user's system experience
• Genuine interest in development and technology
• Curious about AI and AI-driven development
