Deluxe Bil in Varberg is seeking a B2B/transport vehicle salesperson to join our driven team. We are a well-established full-service facility with a strong local presence, where the culture is characterized by trust, personal responsibility, and pace. You will work with reputable brands such as Peugeot, Opel, Citroën, Isuzu, and RAM – and have significant opportunities to influence both your daily work and our results.
About the position
You will drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and follow-up, focusing on new business and managing your own portfolio of corporate clients.
Your mission:
• Actively target new corporate clients
• Build long-term customer relationships and develop existing business
• Manage the entire sales process – from needs analysis to delivery
• Represent strong brands and create tailored transport vehicle solutions
• Participate in the work in the showroom and contribute to the team's collective success
Your profile
At Deluxe Bil, personality is more important than exact experience. You are business-minded, solution-oriented, and relationship-building. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy prospecting/outbound sales, and translate customer needs into clear solutions that lead to business. You take initiative, maintain structure, and work closely with the team. Experience in B2B/vehicles is a plus but not a requirement.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Documented experience in sales, preferably with corporate clients
