About the Role As a B2B & Event Executive at Nikon, you will be an integral part of the Nordic sales organization, based at Nikon Nordics headquarters in Solna, an office where joy and motivation permeate the organization. You will be part of the Nordic sales department and report directly to the Regional and Sales Manager. In close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Product Manager, you will be responsible for building processes and working methods to successfully establish Nikon Nordic within the B2B business area. With expertise and a passionate commitment, you will ensure that your customers are continuously informed about facts, news, and changes. You will build a strong and influential network within both the private and public sectors. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong drive and a desire to develop within a group of high-performing individuals. You are creatively inclined and motivated by the ability to drive change, with a keen interest in photo/video (Cinema) technology and a solid understanding of cameras and optics. The role involves travel, primarily within the Nordic region, where you will build relationships through meetings with resellers and at industry fairs. Your Main Responsibilities - Responsible for driving and developing Nikon Nordic's B2B processes and working methods - Create new customer relationships and maintain and develop relationships with existing customers - Analyze sales statistics and present this information internally and externally We are looking for someone who - Has high drive and motivation - Is a skilled relationship builder and understands how value is created through sales - Is technically knowledgeable and has an interest in photography and video - Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English - Has experience working in a relationship-building role, e.g., in service or sales You thrive in a role that demands high levels of relationship-building ability and creativity. Your curiosity and knowledge of economic relationships enable you to understand the business and what drives profitability and growth. It is advantageous if you have - A B driver's license, as you may occasionally need to rent a car for customer visits - A relevant academic background in marketing or equivalent qualifications and/or work experience in customer service - Background and experience in social media content creation, particularly in video About Nikon Nikon is a Japanese multinational company specializing in optics and photographic equipment, founded in 1917.
