ABOUT THE POSITION Would you like to work on something that truly makes a difference in people's lives? We at Bättre Assistans are part of Inre Kraft, and we are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. We are seeking 4 hourly temporary employees to work as needed. If the match between you and the customer is good, there is also a possibility of a part-time permanent position between 40-60%. Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and 24-hour shifts - on weekdays and weekends. Some shifts are double-staffed with two assistants. These are examples of working hours: • 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM • 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM • 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can begin introduction immediately. ABOUT THE CUSTOMER Here you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the customer's life by supporting everything from daily routines to leisure activities, with the goal that the customer can live as independently as possible with your support. Since the customer has Autism, it is important that you understand the significance of creating as predictable and routine-based a daily life as possible, and that you are open to learning and applying low-affective work methods. The customer enjoys activities such as walks, listening to music, and watching movies. Work tasks include: • Support with daily routines, including household chores • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals • Guidance and support in daily life The customer uses communication aids ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR? To thrive with our customer, you should be confident, be a good team player who works well with colleagues. You should be communicative and have a good ability to adapt your activity level to the customer, with work sometimes involving long periods of stillness and quickly switching to activities requiring supervision. REQUIREMENTS • Very good Swedish language skills MERITS • Experience and knowledge of working with autism • Experience with low-affective approach Employment type: Hourly temporary employee as needed, with potential for 40-60% part-time position Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
