Stockholm - our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone living here today and in the future. We are now seeking someone who wants to think big, new, and differently with us - for the people of Stockholm. The Traffic and Waste Management Department is responsible for maintaining and developing Stockholm's public spaces to ensure they are safe, attractive, accessible, and sustainable. Our mission includes everything from managing the existing urban environment to implementing strategic investment projects and planning for tomorrow's growing metropolis. To fulfill our mission, we are approximately 470 colleagues, primarily located in the newly renovated Technical Services Building on Kungsholmen. Together, we ensure that Stockholm continues to be a city at the forefront of sustainable transport solutions and vibrant environments, both today and in the future. Welcome to Us The position is located in the Infrastructure Technology unit, where approximately 16 employees are responsible for operation and maintenance of infrastructure technology in the city's road and pipeline tunnels, movable bridges, escalators, elevators, ground heating, fountains, and emergency services for electricity and ground heating, etc. The work is highly outward-facing and involves daily contact with citizens, businesses, other departments, and organizations. We Offer We offer you a secure workplace where we help and support each other in daily work and care for a good work environment. You will have opportunities for personal development/skills enhancement and participation and influence in the workplace. We offer flexible working hours and the option to exchange vacation day supplements for extra time off. Depending on work tasks and operational needs, there is a possibility to alternate between office work and working from home two days a week. Work environment and health are important to us. We offer wellness compensation, a wellness hour, and opportunities to participate in wellness activities. Welcome to grow in a growing city - where your contribution truly makes a difference! Your Role This is a new role where you will help build a more comprehensive and efficient approach to our contract management. You will be a crucial link between our contract owners, procurement specialists, controllers, and contractors - contributing to creating structure, overview, and quality in our contract management. Long-term, we see the role potentially developing towards broader responsibility for contract follow-up and analysis. You will primarily: • Coordinate annual cycle activities for each contract • Assist and participate in contract meetings with contractors • Develop templates and routines for contractor reporting • Report, document, and follow up on contract information and deviations • Ensure updated procurement routines are implemented in the unit's work • Support the unit in managing supplier contracts and invoicing according to agreements Your Competence and Experience We are seeking someone who is structured, organized, and analytical - and who enjoys a coordinating role where you contribute to order, clarity, and improved processes. You are self-driven but also appreciate collaboration and easily build trust in your interactions. The role requires: • Relevant post-secondary college/university education, preferably with technical, procurement, or economic orientation • Several years of experience in contract follow-up, contractor agreements, or similar work • Good ability to analyze, structure, and communicate clearly Experience with public operations, LOU (Public Procurement Act), and procurement work is meritorious. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-driven and comfortable working towards set goals and deadlines. You see solutions to emerging problems, are adaptable, and easily take initiative. Since the work involves control and follow-up, it is important that you are analytical, thorough, and structured. You create good relationships and trust and have high collaboration skills, as the role involves many contact points. If you are also development-oriented and enjoy improving processes that guide work, this is the job for you! Other Information We are recruiting without a personal cover letter to strengthen focus on the competencies and experiences requested for this role. In assessing your application, we will only consider your CV and a series of questions you will answer when applying. We wish for you to respond concretely and briefly to the questions, with a clear connection between your answers and your CV. As part of the recruitment process, we use personality tests on final candidates. Employment may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register check according to the Security Protection Act may be conducted before employment decision. Start date for the position is by agreement. Welcome to apply!
