Your role Do you want to contribute to an efficient and legally sound management of IT contracts in the public sector? We are now looking for a Contract Controller for IT contracts who wants to help develop our work with contract management and supplier governance. As a Contract Controller for IT, you will play a central role in ensuring that our IT contracts create value for the organization and are followed up in a structured manner. You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues within the unit as well as with the procurement unit and finance. We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles within IT contract management, preferably in the public sector. You are structured, communicative, and enjoy working both strategically and operationally. The position encompasses two main roles: Contract Controller and Process/Procedure Coordinator. In the role of Contract Controller, you will work to ensure effective and well-structured management of the organization's IT contracts. You will be responsible for documenting contracts, processes, and routines related to contract management and supplier governance, as well as ensuring compliance. As a Contract Controller, you will also contribute to ensuring that IT deliveries occur according to the contracts and that the agreements support the organization’s goals and needs. In the role of Process and Procedure Coordinator, you will be responsible for mapping and documenting the IT unit's processes and routines related to other commitments within the IT operations and ensuring compliance. Your tasks will include, among others: • Acting as a contact point between the IT organization, procurement, finance, legal, and the operations in contract matters. • Administering and documenting the Traffic Office's IT contracts. • Participating in planning and executing procurements together with the procurement unit's IT buyers. • Ensuring that uniform and systematic contract follow-up occurs according to standard procedures in collaboration with the Procurement Unit. • Being responsible for the ongoing management of IT contracts, including monitoring contract terms, SLAs, and financial frameworks together with other staff in the unit. • Participating in the development of strategies for the contract portfolio, including extensions, renegotiations, and terminations together with other staff (Project Managers/Product Managers IT). • Ensuring that contracts are complied with according to laws and guidelines within the public sector, such as LOU, and supporting the IT unit's employees in matters concerning contract interpretation, contract risks, and contract follow-up. • Monitoring developments in IT contracts and informing employees while updating principles and guidelines. • Being responsible for documenting the IT unit's processes/routines with support from other staff in the IT unit. • Following up to ensure that processes
