**About the Role and Your Responsibilities** Your main responsibilities will involve conducting systematic regular and extended follow-ups of framework agreements. The purpose of these follow-ups is to systematically monitor and verify how suppliers meet the requirements set forth in the procurement process. You will also contribute to identifying development needs for upcoming procurements with the municipality's best interests in mind. Together with your colleagues, you will develop and work from a comprehensive framework agreement follow-up plan, and alongside other procurement officers in the procurement unit, you will strive to maximize the effectiveness of the agreements that are subject to systematic contract follow-up. You will have the opportunity to influence the content of your work. The focus will be on the procurement unit's change initiatives and ongoing operational tasks. You will also collaborate with our procurement analyst to analyze key figures and KPIs. **We Are Looking For You** You, as an applicant, should have a post-secondary education in relevant fields, such as economics or law, or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You have at least two years of experience in audits or other contract follow-ups within municipal operations, or work that can be equated to this. Experience in working with statistics, financial documentation, contract follow-up, and sustainability efforts is advantageous. Experience in combating welfare fraud and labor-related crime is also a merit. We are looking for someone who enjoys analyzing statistics and procurement data, as well as following up and correcting discrepancies to ensure that agreements function as optimally as possible. You are unpretentious, structured, driven, and have the ability to present and analyze numbers and report this in a way that is appreciated by both our organization and the supplier. As a person, you are attentive to the needs of various operations and have the ability to place numbers and statistics in a logical context. You collaborate and cooperate seamlessly both within and outside the procurement unit and find it easy to build positive relationships with others. You are business-minded and capable of having direct contact with the municipality's suppliers, both individually and as part of a larger contract follow-up group. You are interested in receiving feedback from the municipality's various operations to improve contract compliance and are eager to share knowledge about how the agreement is intended to function in practice with your colleagues. You want to actively contribute to the procurement unit's transformation into a modern procurement entity that focuses on the needs of the operations and the good public deal. You have the ability to quickly grasp both procurement technical and more general complex issues, always keeping the client in focus.
