Technology and Maintenance Office for Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) has its main operations located at the Command Regiment in Enköping and is functionally led by the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters. The unit's primary task is to take responsibility for the Swedish Armed Forces' command support systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from requirements specification to decommissioning, during both peacetime, crisis, and war.
The Contract Controller position at TVK Ledsyst is part of the 2nd Contract Section located in Enköping. As a Contract Controller, you will work as part of a team, but with responsibility for your own areas and contracts.
Main Work Tasks
• Work on coordinating commercial issues within TVK Ledsyst.
• Consolidate current needs for framework agreements and contracts for each unit, primarily in maintenance, and monitor contract periods and options.
• Represent TVK Ledsyst in contractual matters alongside FMLOG InkE (Procurement Unit) and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), and support the procurement process.
• Collaborate on commercial matters with other instances within and adjacent to the Swedish Armed Forces.
• Coordinate TVK Ledsyst's procurement support needs from FMLOG InkE or FMV.
• Participate with FMLOG InkE in contract disclosure work between the Swedish Armed Forces and FMV.
• When necessary, inform TVK Ledsyst and Swedish Armed Forces personnel about contract terms and procedures, and identify and document improvement areas in contract/supplier relations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• University education or equivalent training/experience in procurement, economics, law, or logistics, or competence deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Current and relevant work experience in contract coordination and procurement.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' business system (SAP).
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Experience in vendor management.

MERIT QUALIFICATIONS
• Procurement and tendering experience within public authorities.
• Experience/knowledge of Public Procurement Act (LOU) and Defense and Security Procurement Act (LUFS).
• Experience in technical service and material production within the Swedish Armed Forces.
• Experience in contract management within the Swedish Armed Forces and/or FMV.
• Experience in managing procurement and follow-up of contracts and orders.
