We need more energy heroes, and we are now looking for a Contract and Permit Administrator who wants to join us on the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? Together, we make a difference for the entire community. As a Contract and Permit Administrator, you will belong to the Environment and Permits department. We work with property and environmental issues related to the construction and renovation of power grids and associated stations. We are now seeking more colleagues who find it exciting and rewarding to work in our consulting business, where we meet various customers. The position entails office work at your designated location, but you will work on projects across Sweden. We promote a transparent and inclusive work environment where knowledge is shared freely between locations and projects. Your Role as a Contract and Permit Administrator You will work on projects, contributing your expertise primarily in archaeology, property and environmental law, and physical planning. Your main tasks will include: • Establishing agreements with landowners. • Obtaining permits from municipalities and county boards, such as exemptions from shore protection, building permits, demolition permits, and permits for encroachments into nature/cultural reserves and water operations. • Coordinating permits and consultations with authorities, organizations, and other stakeholders. • Collaborating internally and with contractors and network owners on matters related to the construction and renovation of power grids and associated stations. • Conducting land assessments for various types of encroachments. You and the entire department are also responsible for maintaining good contacts with authorities and legal entities. The job requires you to have a structured approach and the ability to create order in your work to drive processes from start to finish. You thrive in a changing environment where conditions can shift quickly and have a solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills, particularly in writing, are crucial for the role as we work on projects where many different parties are involved and need to be kept updated. Therefore, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of documenting and communicating clearly. You appreciate collaboration but are also confident in working independently as an expert. We know you will develop with us. However, we would like you to already have: • A bachelor's or a relevant engineering degree in urban planning, archaeology, environmental science, or property law. • Good computer skills are essential. You can handle multiple Microsoft Office programs. • Excellent command of Swedish, both written and spoken, along with good knowledge of English. It is a merit if you have: • A few years of work experience within areas such as the planning process, interpretation of environmental law, permits, building permits, and/or contract management. • Experience with processing in similar fields.
