Job Description
As an occupational nurse/registered nurse at Avonova, you will provide professional support to company managements, managers, contact persons, and employees.
You will act as a support and advisor on health and work environment issues for managers and employees in our client companies, with responsibility for planning and implementing interventions for our customers.
You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, while also enjoying independent work. You will be based at the Uddevalla unit but will also work at all our Health Center locations and at our client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health examinations - Statutory and general
- Vaccinations
- Company reception
- Rehabilitation work and training initiatives
- Customer responsibility for specific client companies
Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified occupational nurse or registered nurse, preferably with occupational health experience. Experience in rehabilitation coordination is meritorious. You have a business-oriented and consultative approach focused on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-driven organization. You have a health-promoting perspective and genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. Ideal candidates enjoy consultative work, easily build relationships, and are confident, stable, and self-driven. You should be comfortable collaborating in teams with other professionals such as nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, work environment engineers, and administrators. We place significant emphasis on personal qualities.
We prefer candidates comfortable working in private sector settings with a business-oriented approach in their professional role. You are structured and have good IT skills. Proficiency in the Office suite is a prerequisite. A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary due to occasional work-related travel.
